Polyurethane polishing pads

Polyurethane polishing pads are mainly suitable for polishing samples with our company's UNIPOL series of grinding and polishing machines. They can be prepared into discs of different diameters according to the different models of grinding and polishing machines. The back of the polishing pad has its own adhesive backing and can be directly attached to the grinding and polishing film for use. Yellow polyurethane polishing pads are divided into two types: flat type and grooved type. The surface of the flat yellow polyurethane polishing pad has many small holes, which have the same function as the grooves on the surface of the grooved polishing pad. They are mainly used to store a small amount of polishing liquid to ensure the smooth progress of the polishing process. Yellow polyurethane polishing pads are mainly used for rough polishing of various materials, especially hard and brittle materials such as glass, ceramics, gemstones, cemented carbide, etc.
