    Electroplated diamond grinding disc is made by electroplating a layer of diamond particles of a certain particle size on a stainless steel metal sheet. It is suitable for our UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines. 

Electroplated diamond grinding disc is made by electroplating a layer of diamond particles of a certain particle size on a stainless steel metal sheet. It is suitable for our UNIPOL series grinding and polishing machines. The grinding disc has magnetic force and can be directly adsorbed on the grinding disc for use. Magnetic electroplated diamond grinding discs are mainly suitable for coarse grinding of brittle materials such as ceramics, glass, rocks, refractory materials, building materials, and grinding of superhard materials such as cemented carbide. Diamond grinding discs are divided into different models according to the different diamond particle sizes on the surface of the grinding disc. Generally, diamond grinding discs with larger particle sizes are used for coarse grinding, and diamond grinding discs with smaller particle sizes are used for fine grinding or polishing. According to the different models of our company's grinding and polishing machines, diamond grinding discs are made into discs of different diameters to match the use of grinding and polishing machines.
