Alumina (corundum) grinding paper

Cast aluminum polishing discs are suitable for the UNIPOL series of grinding and polishing machines manufactured by our company. Cast aluminum polishing discs have a certain degree of surface parallelism and flatness. When grinding and polishing samples, they are generally not used directly for grinding and polishing, but are used in combination with grinding and polishing films, sandpaper and polishing cloths to grind and polish samples. Sandpaper or polishing cloths can be directly attached to the polishing disc, or attached to magnetic grinding and polishing films, and the grinding and polishing films can be adsorbed on the polishing disc. Metal clamps can also be used to clamp the polishing cloth of sandpaper without adhesive backing on the polishing disc to grind and polish the sample. Cast aluminum polishing discs are made of high-quality cast aluminum profiles, which are light in weight, strong and durable, and not easy to oxidize and rust.
